Bill Whitely Scholarship – University of Bath
Students must be accepted on a full time undergraduate degree of at least three years duration in the school of Management, Faculty of Engineering & Design or the Department of Economics and must be able to make a positive impact on the University’s Sports Standing. Worth £5,000 a year for up to 5 years.
Care Leavers Bursary – Bournemouth University
If you have been in full time care for 3 months or more in the last five years; your household income is less than £25,000. Worth £16,000 over the course of your degree.
Local Boroughs Scholarship – Brunel University
Students who attended a maintained school or college in one of six London Boroughs; achieve 360 UCAS points; meet one of the “under-represented criteria”. Worth £6,000 a year for 3 years.
Principal’s Common Good Scholarship – Glasgow Caledonian University
The Scholarship is for talented students from a low income family and the first in their family to attend university. This award covers full tuition fees.
Vice Chancellor’s Award – Liverpool John Moore’s University
Outstanding students with 144 UCAS points at A2 or equivalent; you must have put LJMU as your first choice through UCAS; you must also be able to demonstrate a level of commitment, excellence and achievement above that of your peers. This may be through citizenship, sport, performing arts. Worth £10,000 a year for three years.
Moritz Heyman Scholarship – Oxford University
Students from households with incomes of £16,000 or less. You must commit to participate in volunteering activities, for example by supporting potential students from low income groups to apply to Oxford or by visiting schools. Open to students studying all subjects but preference is given to STEM subjects. Worth £22,500 over the course of your degree.
Vice Chancellors Scholarship – BPP University
The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship is open to all applicants to BPP University who are the first in their family to attend university, meet the admissions criteria for the relevant programme and demonstrate a high record of academic achievement. Full tuition fees paid.
Carnegie Trust Undergraduate Fees Assistance – Scottish Universities
For Scottish students attending Scottish universities who are not be eligible for support towards the costs of their tuition fees; must be of Scottish descent/nationality or must have attended secondary school in Scotland for at least two years. Up to full tuition fees paid.
HSBC Scholarship – University of Birmingham
This scholarship is open to high achieving undergraduates entering the University via the Access to Birmingham (A2B) scheme with a household income of £16,190 or below. Of the 5 scholarships available, one will be allocated to the most outstanding A2B student within each of the 5 Colleges. This scholarship pays full tuition fees.
Armed Forces Bereavement Scholarship
The aim of this scheme is to give the children of those who have died in the service of their country a head start in life by enabling them to obtain a university degree or further education training. This scholarship pays full tuition fees plus maintenance costs.
